I am currently using one designed by Amanda at Blogger Buster. I thought about changing it yesterday --- y'know, because change is good. Anyway, in trying out templates, I ended up losing stuff on my current blog! I did as I was told --- I 'downloaded full template' and yet, I ended up losing my widgets and my blogroll (luckily, nerdy me keeps the url of my blogroll on a word document!) and pretty much most of the stuff except my posts.
I tried and tried to figure out the 'errors' but to no avail.
I guess if there were an IQ test for purely computers, I'd be severly intellectually disabled. Or moderately, considering I can use basic computer stuff.
Oh well, just thought I'd have a rant.
Until next time,
Cheers!!!
I was wondering why a few things were missing. Hope you get it all sorted. I've changed my HTML and XML templates enough times now to know it is a headache.
ReplyDeleteYou should always always take a backup of your current template before changing...
ReplyDeleteThis advice comes from a person who has kept a backup and forgotten where it is and has restructured her blog more than twice...hehehe but for sure it is frustrating...
And I love your template...
BTW how do you get the label cloud?
@ Smita: The Label Cloud was part of this template. However, the website Blogger Buster does have the widget for the same if you need to use it for other templates.
