A pinch and a punch for the first of the month...And it's the first day of spring!!!
I love spring. It's funny to think that 5 years ago, I didn't even know what this season was like. But spring here is Aus is gorgeous. The vibrant colours. The longer days (compared to winter!). The warmer weather...but not too hot. The beautiful water. And looking forward to the beach in summer.

ReplyDeleteSpring is a great season. All of the new growth and the weather starting to get warmer-it's great! Over here on the other side of the world we get to enjoy the fall and escape the heat for awhile.

I grew up in the north west of Australia where the seasons were basically really hot and even damn hotter, so I didn't get to experience spring until I was sent off to school in Perth.
ReplyDeleteI started to really look forward to September 1st and and people thought I was insane. Now I live in the UK and find summer here is more like a Perth spring and just as beautiful.
