LOL! I find these allergy advice so funny! But they have to put it there- just in case someone takes it into their head to sue them for not letting them know that a bag of peanuts contains nuts :)
Hehe...it's the first time I've seen one so stupid though...I mean c'mon...how dumb does a person have to be to not realise a bag of peanuts contains nuts??!! But you're right...it's probably to save their own arses. Kinda like how at work we have to have 'manual handling' training i.e. how to lift things correctly...so we don't end up suing the dept if we mess up and hurt ourselves...
