6/52: Food

652 Lunch

My food over the last week {clockwise}

Lamb chops with mushy peas and ricotta | Poached maple cinnamon peaches with French toast | Rare roast beef wrap with tabouleh and beetroot tzatziki | Moroccan Medley Couscous | Beef Stroganoff with green beans | Portuguese piri-piri chicken and quinoa salad|

Except for the Moroccan Medley Couscous which was store bought in a packet for my camping trip, the rest were all made by me at home using the 12wbt recipes. Told you the recipes were yum! :D

***Linking up with Toni for 52 weeks of Memories and Trish for Wordless Wednesday***

Until next time,

Cheers!!!

      Oh I can imagine how hard that would be Toni…when I was with the Ex, I missed a lot of vegetarian meals as he wasn’t a fan…

    Wow, you have been eating really well! There is so much variety in your meals. The Portuguese piri-piri chicken looks particularly appetizing ;)

      That’s what I love about the program — the variety and the fact that they are all so damn tasty! :D And the piri-piri chicken was divine!

      Definitely great! You’re a vegan? How do you manage without dairy??? I love my cheese far too much to become vegan…
