@ Sweet Nothings: Oh, it's not a major diet. I can't diet either. It's just reducing my portions and trying to have a more balanced diet. I can't do those fad diets of just eating salads or skipping meals and stuff. Love my food too much!!! :)

@ Titaxy: Whoops! Sorry about that, love! :P Didn't mean to make you crave as well. Brownies and icecream would be great, eh? Yes I've lost a kilo but it's taken quite a while. I reckon if I was more consistent with the exercise, and maybe if I was gymming, I'd go much better!

you've lost a kilo already? awesome, PB...i've been trying to, but no change yet :D...i try to go to the gym at least 3times a week...maybe another month or so before i see aany difference..if i keep up working out regularly that is :D
