I checked around with a few parlors who said they administered local anesthesia. But they didn&#39;t seem hygienic enough. Finally when I found the right tattoo parlor, the artist dissuaded me from using it. This coming from a girl who is deathly terrified of injections (Mom never stops reminding of the time I was screaming even before the needle touched my skin.) Have you ever used an epilator? The pain is much the same. But if you think it&#39;s casual or fun, you won&#39;t be able to bear it! I was a real trooper at the sittings!! I think if you want one the pain is nothing. Obviously the museum get lot of foreigner visitors. When we were in the bus about to leave, we saw this tall-white guy with an eagle tattoo on his neck. And it was one huge eagle. The head of the eagle started just below his chin &amp; the tail was on his collarbone. And the outstretched wings almost reached his ears. Very detailed, very scary! I can just imagine the pain he went through! But otherwise there was nothing scary about him. But I know what you mean about the serial killer types. Not experienced it, but read about it. I was afraid of a doctor who lived across the street. And that was mainly due to my parents-they used to make me eat telling me that if I dont eat, he would give me injection.
